Workshop Overview
The workshop will be held Saturday, January 20th through Sunday, January 21st on the Ohio University campus in Athens, Ohio. The workshop will be led by professional staff from other institutions that officiate high school and college basketball (JUCO, D3, D2, and D1) on both the men’s and women’s side. The clinic portion of the workshop focuses on 3-person mechanics, game management, and interacting with coaches and players. After the clinic, there will be live games for the officials to work and receive feedback and evaluation from professional staff.
Officials Registration
This year, the workshop will be split into two different groups of officials, Beginning (Beginning intramural sport officials) and Advanced (Advanced intramural sport officials, high school, and college officials).The registration cost for each official to attend will be $70. This registration fee will cover a hotel room, dinner on Saturday and lunch on Sunday, snacks, a t-shirt, and a whistle.
