SRWC Amenities

  • If needed to stay at SRWC on the nights of Thursday Jan. 31st and Friday Feb. 1st, there are 75 spots available (first come first serve).
  • Curfew 11:45 pm
  • Provided at the SRWC:
    • Lockers in men’s, women’s, and gender neutral bathroom (may bring their own locks and use during the day)
    • Individual showers (4 in men & women’s locker rooms)
    • Grab & go breakfast
  • Visitors need to bring:
    • Bedding (pillow, blankets, sleeping bag, air mattresses, etc.)
    • Toiletry items (toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo, their own towels, etc.)
  • Liability waiver should be signed upon arrival if staying at the SRWC

Parking

  • Those staying at the GCC will need to purchase a parking pass– $3/ day for Thursday & Friday (not needed on Saturday) in the parking ramp
  • During the event times, visitors can park in the Alumni Welcome Center (Lot 6)– lot closes at midnight so no overnight parking in Lot 6
  • If staying at SRWC- parking overnight permit needs to be purchased (from 4pm to 9am on last date)
    • $7/night, but would only need for Thurs. night (and Wed. if staying)- lower first level of parking ramp for spaced 158 or lower; or pay by space parking in ramp ($1/hour)
