Informational Fair Sign Up
Information sessions are unique opportunities to showcase your institution and programs in hopes of gaining Graduate Assistants, or other positions, to your campus recreation team. New this year to the Student Lead on, we will be doing an “Info Session Fair” during our lunch time period. During lunch, participants of the conference will be able to walk around to different tables to meet and learn about the different positions that universities are seeking. This is a great opportunity for students to interact with professionals from other schools. Also, this eliminates the amount of distractions for students getting up during presentations to go to an info session.
Once you sign up, you will be given a specific table to set up any promotional material, handouts, ect. for students to see as they walk around visiting different tables during lunch. Feel free to bring your own laptop to have a running slide show, or a slide show of pictures of your university. Also, we encourage schools to bring lot’s of handouts to give to students who will be coming up to your table.

The deadline to submit this form is MONDAY, JANUARY 21, 2019 BY 5PM EST. Any schools submitted after January 21st, 2019 should also email Brad to confirm availability and schedule.
